As we know, there’s an old Chinese saying:” East, west, home is the best.” Yes, indeed, I like my hometown best. This is a place where I was born, where I am living, where I grow. And this place is what we called “hometown”, my hometown-Guiyang. I am a lucky dog. I went to many other countries: America, France, Italy, Belgium, Japan, Thailand, etc. Because both of my parents work for a local university called Guizhou University. Every time I go out, I always have a strong feeling of missing my home, and that kind of feeling reminds me of some sentences in a few great poems. Then I find out I am used to everything there, I can’t be away from there mentally.
I have been to many great cities. Such as Beijing, New York, Paris and even Rome, they are great, attractive and charming cities which are the most historical and at the same time the most modern ones in the world. But, as far as I live in them for more than one week, I begin to miss the clear blue sky, the green mountains and the elegant rivers of Guiyang, the delicious food and even the Guiyang dialect sounds so lovingly.
Hometown is something you can depend on, something you can trust in, something you can believe in…Also, it’s somewhere you have to remember it no matter how far you are away from it…My Dream

Hello，everyone! My name is Li Xijie. I am from Zhong tian middle school .You can call me Kristina. I'm a 13-year-old girl. And I am now studying in Grade 7. Some of my friends ask me what you are best at in your school. I think I'm interested in English. In my opinion, it is useful for me to travel around the world in the future when I master it well.
