得益于兼并收购，Temp Holdings2015财年营收上涨29%
（2016年5月17日，/HRoot.com/）日本招聘公司Temp Holdings日前发布了截止于2016年3月31日的2015财年财报，其营收为5,180亿日元（约合48亿美元），较去年同期的4,010亿日元（约合33亿美元）增长了29%。
Temp Holdings表示如此高的营收增长率得益于这一年大规模的兼并收购以及现有业务的稳定增长。并没有数据显示相比于有机增长，收购对其营收增长贡献的具体数字。
2015年7月，Temp Holdings的临时控股子公司Tempstaff收购了日本临时招聘和外包公司P&P Holdings。收购价格约为52亿日元（约合4,250万美元）。2015年的其他收购还包括对临时雇佣公司Panasonic Excel staff和招聘公司Capita Pte. Ltd.的收购。

Acquisitions boost Temp Holdings full year results
(May.17, 2016, /HRoot.com/)Japanese staffing firm Temp Holdings (2181: JP), reported revenue for the year ending 31 March 2016 of JPY 518 billion (USD 4.8 billion), an increase of 29% compared with JPY 401 billion (USD 3.3billion) during the previous year.
Temp Holdings announced that it had achieved the highest results this year due to large-scale M&A and steady growth of the existing businesses. No insight was provided into how much growth was attributable to acquisitions compared to organic growth.
In July 2015, Tempstaff, a subsidiary of Temp Holdings, acquired Japanese temporary recruitment and outsourcing firm P&P Holdings. The acquisition price was approximately JPY 5.2 billion (USD 42.5 million). Other acquisitions in 2015 include temporary staffing firm Panasonic Excel staff and recruitment firm Capita Pte. Ltd.
The company operates in several business segments including Temporary Staffing, Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), Information Technology Outsourcing (ITO), Engineering, Media, Career Services, and New Employment Division (NED).
Temp Holdings plans to continue to expand business in growth areas swiftly and aggressively to enhancing their business structure.
