CIETT呼吁全球就业市场及招聘行业的灵活监管

(2016年1月22日,/HRoot.com/)据民间职介机构国际同盟(CIETT)最新发布的调研报告显示,采用更为灵活的雇用模式以及招聘监管的国家竞争力更高。研究显示,这些国家劳动力市场更为规范、就业增长强劲,而且年轻人的失业率较低。

CIETT研究显示,业绩表现卓越的市场主要分为两类,第一类是社会对话水平较高的市场,例如荷兰以及北欧;第二类就是市场导向经济体制的国家,例如加拿大、美国、澳大利亚以及英国。这两种类型市场的国家都能够平衡企业与员工工作的灵活性与安全性。与此同时,CIETT也呼吁在全球范围内的就业市场以及招聘行业推行更为弹性与灵活的监管等。

CIETT survey: countries that adopt smarter employment and recruitment regulation are more competitive

(Jan.22,2016,/HRoot.com/) According to research released today by the International Confederation of Private Employment Services (Ciett), countries that have adopted smarter employment and recruitment regulation are more competitive. The research showed that these countries enjoy better functioning labour markets with stronger job creation, higher participation and inclusion rates as well as lower levels of youth unemployment.

According to Ciett, strong performers fall primarily into two main categories: markets with a high level of social dialogue such as the Netherlands and Scandinavian countries; and countries with Anglo Saxon, market-driven economies such as Canada, US, Australia and UK. Both models strike a good balance that delivers flexibility and security for both companies and workers. Ciett is calling for smart regulation on the employment and recruitment industry to be implemented around the world.
