专家：萨德威胁中俄国家安全 两国应协调行动

据韩联社报道，美国副国务卿托尼?布林肯29日表示，朝鲜只要继续追求核和导弹研发项目，即使中国反对，在朝鲜半岛部署萨德反导系统也不可避免。

苏浩强调，如果最终在韩国部署萨德系统，中韩关系肯定会受到影响，毕竟系统部署，针对的目标又包括中国。中韩之间这几年战略合作伙伴关系发展得不错，但现在发生直接对中国利益造成伤害的事件，中国一定会向韩国方面直接的交涉。至于怎么处理，中国方面肯定会有相应的措施，以应对萨德系统部署所产生的结果。

谈到萨德导弹系统的部署是否会对联合国制裁朝鲜的协议执行产生影响，专家认为，对朝鲜的制裁是联合国的决议，是各方都签署且具有法律效力的文件，放弃执行决议不是一个合适的选择。如何处理萨德部署问题与制裁协议不是直接相关的问题，因为制裁本身就是为了惩罚朝鲜违反联合国的决议，维护联合国的权威。
